At Key West Local Luxe, every order is handled with the same care and attention we put into curating our one-of-a-kind pieces. We want your experience — from checkout to unboxing — to feel as special as the jewelry itself.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 48 business hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping Options
We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our home base in Key West, Florida.

Delivery estimates begin after your 48-hour processing window and are provided by the carrier. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
International Shipping
We're happy to share a little Key West magic with customers around the world. International shipping is available at a flat rate of $40.00, with estimated delivery times of 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note:
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping rate.
Key West Local Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Some destinations may not be eligible for international shipping. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us directly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. We recommend checking your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within 48 business hours of placing your order.

Restrictions & Exclusions
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Key West Local Luxe is not liable for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for shipment.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. In these cases, we recommend contacting your local carrier or postal service directly.
P.O. Boxes may be accepted for standard shipping but are not eligible for express delivery.
Express shipping is not available for all international destinations.
